AgaStandard, How does it work ?
Agaphone manages the telephone reception function of your switchboard. We receive and try to put you in touch with your correspondent. If there is no answer, the remote secretary takes the message and sends it to you in real time by e-mail.
- Call from a client, a prospect or a partner: We answer on behalf of your company. The telesecretary identifies and qualifies the caller’s request.
- You are available, we put you in touch: The remote secretary puts the caller in touch with the requested employee either on his direct line or on his mobile. The service is carried out. No message taking, no billing.
- You are not available and we take a message: The collaborator is not available. The tele-secretary takes your call and sends you a message in real time by e-mail with his complete contact details and the subject of his call. The connection and the communication costs are included.
